Semi-Automatic Molding

The continuous improvement in our molding techniques continues by applying a state of the art molding line supplied from a world leader in foundry machinery, Omega Foundry Machinery Ltd. The line consists of:
-Vibrating table
- Carousel for mold size 100 x 120 x 60/60cm
- Rollover
- Molding line with manipulator
- Pouring line.

The new system helps improving our casting quality for parts of bigger sizes that are required in moderate quantity and of new weight up to 300Kg. Using AlphaSet resins guarantees excellent surface finish with very low gassing defects.

Combining the articulated sand mixer with the new mixer results in a molding capacity of 80 molds per shift for casting size up to 300Kg.
